Grilled New York Strip Steak with Blue Cheese Butter
Serves 4
Serve with microwave-baked potatoes for a fast and filling meal.
Ingredients:
- 4 New York strip steaks, about 1-inch thick.
- salt and pepper.
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
- 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese.
Directions:
- Preheat grill.
- Season steaks on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Grill steaks on lightly-oiled grill rack, about 5 minutes per side for medium rare.
- While steaks cook, combine butter and blue cheese in a small bowl, pressing with a fork or wooden spoon until it’s smooth.
- Remove steaks from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Top each steak with a dollop of the blue cheese butter and serve.
Grilled Hoisin Turkey Burgers with Hoisin Mayo
Serves 4
Serve with your favorite salad and dinner is served in a flash!
Ingredients:
- 20 ounces ground turkey.
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce.
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
- 4 hamburger buns or sandwich rolls.
- 1/2 cup spinach leaves, rinsed and patted dry.
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce.
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Directions:
- Preheat grill and lightly oil grill rack.
- Combine turkey, 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl and stir until well-mixed.
- Divide turkey into four patties and grill over medium high heat until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit, about 5 minutes per side.
- While burgers cook, stir hoisin sauce and mayonnaise together in a small bowl.
- Line the bottom half of each bun with spinach leaves. Top with a burger, a dollop of the hoisin mayo, the top half of the buns and serve.
Grilled Salmon with Peach Salsa
Serves 4

Ingredients:
- 4, 6-ounce salmon fillets.
- 2 teaspoons olive oil.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.
- 1 cup peach salsa (like Newman’s Own Chunky Peach).
Directions:
- Prepare grill and lightly oil grill rack.
- Brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill salmon, skin side down, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove salmon from grill and arrange on a plate or platter.
- Top with salsa and serve.
