“How does the Members Mark blue liquid soap compare with the blue Dawn soap in terms of performance, scent, and value for money?
I’m considering switching brands and would love to hear from others who have tried both.
Specifically, I’m interested in how well each soap cuts through grease, its overall cleaning effectiveness, and any noticeable differences in scent or skin sensitivity.
dditionally, how do the prices of these two products compare, and do you feel that the quality of one justifies its cost over the other?
Any insights or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!”
JennI was so glad when I finished the bottle and could go back to Dawn. To me, dishes still felt greasy.
MeganStick with blue Dawn. Also, I was over using my dawn dish soap, as were my children, so I put it in a soap pump bottle and the large bottle lasts so much longer than before when I was free-pouring it.
AmandaPalmolive and Dawn are my go to detergents. I wash all my dishes by hand.
I’ve tried off brands and they don’t work.
LinneaNothing compares to blue dawn
NinaThere’s no comparison to Dawn. It’s worth the money. You can get a small bottle at Dollar Tree if it’s too pricey.
RachelI definitely go store brand anywhere I can, but there are some products I just do not substitute, and that is Dawn dish soap.
Definitely a better deal than a grocery store (at Costco), but ALWAYS go with Dawn
JoOmg, yes!!! I regret going cheap on Dish and laundry soap. NEVER AGAIN
JoyIt breaks me out. And it takes more of it to get dishes clean
BarbaraI prefer Dawn because of how they help our wildlife.
And it’s the best!AaronI love it and notice no major difference. I don’t wash a ton of dishes by hand though so maybe my opinion would be different if I did.
CameronMembers mark? Sam’s club
Its usually a brand name disguised as a name brand
Just got Kirkland soap platinum
Witch I know it dawn but its watered down a bitDebbeDawn is THE BEST. Not only a quality product, but they donate product to help wildlife caught in toxic spills.
They have my lifetime loyalty.
LoriI agree with others. It may be cheaper up front but it takes more of the liquid to get the same results so the bottom line is, it’s not the same quality.
Therefore ends up costing you more.
ValerieI have no complains and been using it for a long time. Dishes are clean and not greasy
OliviaI haven’t noticed a significant difference between Dawn and Sam’s. I use really hot water though so maybe removes grease easier because of that?
Lauranothing compares to Dawn. It’s frugal to by because you use less than you would of the cheaper stuff.
Just teach everyone to NOT use as hand soap.
(I mean, I was glad they were washing their hands, but COME ON PEOPLE!
Use the cheap hand soap)
