We did some googling and found this to be a highly rated card. Two months in and we’re having difficulty. 10k limit, we have put all bills, groceries and other household this on the card.
Wife made a payment of 8.4k on 7/29 as we were getting close to the limit. This week we had the card declined a couple times. Wife has called 3 days in a row to understand why as the payment “posted” on 8/4.
She was told today they are “holding” the payment for 25 days but would give us no reason as to why?
Anyone else experience this or have suggestions on how to proceed.
