.. 3rd party to the actual bank, but no fees or penalties for money in/out? Any things I should be aware of that some of you have experienced?

      (Yes it is FDIC insured)

Vanguard’s standard money market account pays over 5%. Short term CDs and TBills are available paying more than that.

I did one of those for a short while. Was unimpressed with customer service and decided the 0.4% higher rate wasn’t worth it.

I just keep mine in Vanguard sweep account. It’s over 5% and SDIC insured.

I’ve personally never chased a HYSA outside my own bank or brokerage only because of the unknowns (and my bank has relatively good rates).

                I use Ally Bank.

Explore these too: Has anyone used Discover Bank’s HYSA?

I am buying my 2nd house in Atlanta Georgia area, and I just paid my remaining mortgage of 278k.

After months of learning and practice, I finally had a breakthrough and started to make consistent profits from Day Trading.

I want to express my joy and gratitude to Morgan for always telling me the right stocks options to buy and sell at the right time daily.
