I would do T bills, about 5.4%.

I wouldn’t do anything that requires it to stay for a specific term.

I’d put it into a HYSA or invest in a money market account thru a Fidelity brokerage account (SPAXX or FZFXX).

Both of those are paying 4.75% which is really good when the money is 100% liquid which it would be.
