Afresh and tide are so expensive, sometimes I just use bleach but not sure if that helps. I’m wondering about maybe oxiclean but not sure?

Two dishwasher tabs and run empty with warm water.

Vinegar, put in every wash instead of softener. It not only keeps the washer clean, it takes all the soap residue out of clothes. You will be surprised how much better your towels will dry and clothes packed away dont get that packed stinky musty smell.

Last time I just used baking soda and ran the clean cycle.

I have also just used sanitize and let it cycle through.

I’d like to know too because I’ve used the specific washing machine cleaner stuff before, and bleach and did t notice a difference with either.

I love oxiclean! Put it in the wash and let soak—longer the better! The clothes come out brighter, no dingy.

A pan that needs to be scrubbed after cooking, put about a tablespoon with hot water let sit and it wipes right out. Save water.

Dishwashing tablet on the hottest wash.

Or a half cup of bicarbonate soda and vinegar on the hottest wash.

Both will strip the residue and manky bits outs and won’t hurt your machine.
