(Toyota Avalon 2006) ..the first time as a private third party seller.

      • Where can I go to get quotes on what the current market price is?
      • What scams are commonly out there and how do I protect myself from them?
      • How do I know if an inquiry is serious or not? (Trying to minimize wasting time on people not being serious on the offer)
      • Where to post to get the most eyeballs and interests?

How do I get the most value out of it or make it a win win for both side?

      -Etc

I sold mine by listing on Facebook. Had my husband show the car, met in public place. Looked up price on Kelly Blue book sp? I have done this more than once.

Only time I had a problem was one person didn’t transfer out of my name and I started getting parking ticket violations. Had to go to court.

Now I remove the license plate and file with dmv that the car was sold. In the future I may make them meet at the county office to transfer title.

Honestly I don’t mess with stuff like that. I would rather sell it to a dealer looking to buy. So much less hassle and stress.

Post it at a high school or community college near your. Post on next door app if you’re on there.
