I opened an account for a CD and have had nothing but technical issues since. Not being able to log in without calling to confirm my identity, which I’ve had to do multiple times already. It’s a bit unnerving to tell someone my social security, address and “secret word” repeatedly (the reps can’t steal my identity can they?), Repeatedly getting kicked off the website, not being able to link my accounts.

There seems to be rave reviews but I’ve had nothing but issues, is it just me?

I had some serious issues with Capital One.

I have been with them for several years without any issues at all.

We have HYSA with Marcus and no issues logging in, moving money in or out. Don’t have any CD’s with them though.

Never any issues with them. I have a CD ladder with them and a savings account.
