Hey frugal fam.. Just wondering what internet company you all have, and if you like/dislike it.. I’ll need some good reliable internet for my new job, but I don’t want to spend an arm and leg paying for it. I went with my phone company (MetroPCS by TMobile) because it was advertised as $50/mth and I already only pay $150 for 5 lines, so I thought why not.

The problem is, the internet got all used up in a matter of 2 days. We got it Sunday and by Monday night it was telling me we had used all the data (100gbs- we thought it was unlimited).

I have 3 teens off for summer break as well, so defintely needs to last. I was thinking Spectrum, but unsure, and ATT is out of the question. For reference, I’m in Texas.

I am in San Antonio and am really pleased with my Spectrum internet service. I have unlimited and stream 3 televisions plus use my laptop a lot.

I have spectrum… not by choice lol its the only one available where I live lol!

In SC I’m using spectrum and it has been fine. I’ve got a 2 year plan for 2.5 G (that’s all I need) and it comes with 2 years of free cell phone and a land line. I pay $49.99 a month. The service isn’t as good as T-Mobile but it has been close.

I have AT&T fiber for $55 a month, but fiber isn’t available everywhere. I’m in Arlington, TX.
