Hot soapy water and a good rub… If it’s stained try a spot cleaner… If you don’t have any, try shaving foam… I’ve just done a few old coffee spots on kitchen carpet with shaving foam and they lifted… Good luck xxx

Soften the stain with glycerine, rub in some borax and make a paste then leave to dry then hoover. Lifts curry so should lift tea

A professional tea can be advanced stain removal. This is due to tanins.
