My husband who is a federal employee turning 60yo this year planning to retire at 62. Which my understanding that their HSA will also stop. I’m 52yo but also planning to cut back to a part-time when he retires; where would we be able to sign up for an HSA?

Also, is it a financial planner that we need to consult to find out if we are in a right path financially? OR would there be a FEP that I need to reach out to?

I’m a Federal Employee. There is a TON of information out there, and some guides he can purchase (and they are not expensive either) to help guide him.

I’m not retiring for another seven years, but I’ve already bought one, just to alert me to things I need to keep in mind/start planning for.

(I can retire now, but I like what I do, I like the people I do it with, and my supervisors are awesome).

This is like the 8th question about an HSA. Everytime we ask the same thing. Do you have a high deductible health plan?
