For the past 4/5 years, I’ve been happy investing in some property development projects in the Vancouver area of British Columbia. Super solid market and company.

I am not keen on buying rentals – being a landlord, but also the math just doesn’t add up where we are (and any locations in our life (where we have lived or know anything about).

So, this is a way we’ve found to be able to invest in property market, without having to own and operate.

        Another option!

Funds can be lent to 100 people. Supply them to start a business.

Seriously. Take 50k and buy Ethereum. When it doubles (it will this year), sell 50% and take your original 50k and chuck it in Vanguard.

Sell the the rest of the Eth at various points as Eth goes to $15k.
