I have bad feet so try to get a good brand. JCPenney was having a sale on women’s tennis shoes. Found a pair of Pumas I liked, went to purchase and realized I misread the sign. I read $54.99, but it actually said starting at $54.99.

The shoes I picked were $85, reduced to $79.99. I knew I could find a shoe for less, so I canceled the sale. Really bummed! When I got home I looked online. I found the same shoes on the Puma site for $50.99!!!

Still have to pay shipping $8 and sales tax $3.50, but still cheaper than JCP and the exact same shoe! By stepping away, not rushing and settling for something I didn’t want, gave me time to do a little research and it paid off! I rarely get that lucky, but might be something to try!

      Good luck!

I was kicking myself yesterday in Wal Mart as I saw they had shoes that looked exactly like what I just paid $80.00 for in a name brand!

I would have given them a try to save over $50.00!!

            Smart move!

For sports shoes, I usually go to Big 5 here in Southern California. When on sale, the coupon for $5 or $10 still applies.

Just came here to say I’ve been buying shoes online for years and saved tons of money until you factor in the PT I’m doing now.

I have wide feet and it’s bad to compress your feet into a shoe that’s not ideal. I have found that Reebok and Puma runs very small, Saucony runs sorta small.

New Balance, Adidas, and Nike seem around true to size. If you’re shopping online take note!

Don’t miss: For anyone that wears Sneakers/Tennis shoes, how often do you replace them?

Also check Rakuten before buying anything, especially online. Puma is an additional 10% cash back right now.

Most of their deals are for online purchases but they do have in-store deals sometimes too.

I have plantar faciitis so I have to wear shoes with a high hard arch. I lucked up and was able to get my first pair of Vionics at a clearance sale at Dillard’s. They are very expensive.

I still go and try them on in the store but all my purchases now are through Vionic directly.

They notify me of all their sales. Wonderful customer service and free returns.

If you have bad feet, get good shoes. I don’t know anything about Puma, but Brooks are very very good shoes for bad feet. But they are $140 and up. In my opinion, well worth it
