Never been in a “very nice hotel” where it didn’t have a refrigerator.

Dehydrated foods. Put water in the cleaned coffee pot to heat. Oatmeal, grits, cream of wheat.

Shelf stable milk and cereal, pastry.

              Peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

              Fruits and nuts.

              Beefstick and crackers.

Pack a electric kettle or hotpot if there is no coffee pot. I might anyway.

You can take a cooler and keep filled with ice for juice, yogurts, cold cuts, cheese etc

If there is a coffee maker in the room you can have hot water to make instant cereal and like oatmeal or cream of wheat. Tea. Coffee soups. Bread and PBJ. Shelf stable cheese sticks. Fruit like pear apple. Orange goes a couple days not fridge.
