I have been butting heads with the other parties, and it has turned ugly. I’m looking for a litigation attorney that can assist with LLC partnership buyout / breakup that can have my best interest. 

Any help/assistance/referral would be much appreciated.  LLC is out of MN, and properties held are in MN and FL.

No lawyer recommendations. What’s the OA say about calculating the value of the buyout and the process to remove a member?

I once hired a lawyer for something similar and it cost me $2500 for a 30 min chat and a letter which didn’t sway the other party.

I stood to lose almost $100k that I could easily prove to be mine, I didn’t want to spend years in court and have to pay I don’t know how much to a lawyer, so we settled out of court.

Just think about what your time and sanity is worth.
